    ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

    Our Administrative Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and compassionate operation of our domiciliary care service. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) awarded with Merit Certification, she brings a strong foundation in business leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence—all deeply aligned with our core values of holistic care, compassion, dignity, and reliability.

    She is responsible for coordinating the essential behind-the-scenes functions that enable our carers to focus on what matters most: delivering respectful, person-centred care to every individual we support. From managing staff schedules and maintaining compliance to overseeing client records and supporting team communication, she ensures every process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with care sector standards.

    Her approach to administration goes beyond logistics—it’s rooted in a deep respect for the people we serve. She understands that quality care begins with a well-supported team and an organised, responsive service. With a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset, she helps create an environment where both carers and clients feel valued, safe, and empowered.

    CARE MANAGER

    Our Care Manager brings over 20 years of experience in adult social care. Since beginning her career in 2005, she has worked across a variety of care settings, including residential care homes, supported living, dementia care, hospital wards, and community-based services. This broad background has equipped her with a strong understanding of the challenges and preferences of individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home.

    She has steadily progressed through the care sector, starting as a care assistant and advancing to senior care worker, team leader, care coordinator, and now Care Manager. Each step in her journey has strengthened her ability to lead with empathy and insight. Her practical, hands-on experience allows her to effectively support both the people who use our services and the care staff delivering them.

    She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care (NVQ), a nationally recognised qualification that reflects her advanced skills and knowledge in managing complex care services. This ensures our service remains compliant with regulatory standards, including those set by the CQC, and consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred care.

    As Care Manager, she works closely with service users, families, and other professionals to develop tailored care plans that reflect each individual’s unique needs, goals, and preferences. She is passionate about creating a culture rooted in compassion, quality, and consistency—believing that exceptional care is built on trust, open communication, and genuine relationships.
